Do we have a word for the difference b/w “Not out (Doesn’t know they have something to come out about)” and “Not out (unaware of being LGBT)”? Thinking of transness, the difference between (eg) “I think I’m cishet” and “I think I’m trans and gay, but can’t tell anyone” is huge.

I walked to school and really enjoyed the walk, especially because it was time away from adults (and as a 4yo, a twenty minute walk can feel like forever) but I’m not so green as to imagine that everyone lived on a friendly estate where there was an aunty living on every street.

For that matter, it’s 30 miles from your hamlet to the school, and there’s only two kids in it who go to school. Do you put on a bus, with only two passengers and has to drive 2x the distance (depot-village-school-depot), or just let their parents take them in?
