You can find the hostels’ contact information on this Hostelling International Finland website. Besides calling, you can usually book your accommodation by email or fax.
You can check the availability of some of the hostels in the Internet either on their own websites or through this site. Next to the contact information of these hostels, you’ll find the Reservation Inquiry Form link button. The link opens an electronic form you can use for checking availability for the desired time in the hostel concerned. The reservation inquiry will be sent directly to the hostel in question.
When the hostel has received your inquiry, they will contact you by email. If the hostel has availability on your desired date, you can agree on the details and exact rates by email. The more arrival details you can give, the better and the more effectively the hostel can serve you. You can find the price scale of each hostel on the hostel pages.
The Hostelling International Finland office also makes hostel reservations. Reservation requests should be given to us in writing (email, fax, electric reservation inquiry form). Fill in the electric reservation inquiry here and send it to us.
Some of the Finnish HI hostels can also be booked through the Hihostels.com online reservation system.
