The classy and cosy Boman hostel is located in Åland in the island of Vårdö, by the side of the historical mail route. The hostel has 16 rooms for 2-6 persons and two cabins for 2-4 persons. 58 beds. Some of the rooms have ensuite facilities, otherwise shared facilities. Three saunas, dining room and terrace. To the nearest beach 1,5 km.
To the ferry harbor at Hummelvik 5 km. The route: e.g. departure at Turku 12.15, northern island route Kustavi Vuosnainen – Vårdö, Hummelvik harbor 17.30, arrival at dinnertime 17.45. To Maarianhamina 43 km by a good road, 1 hour. One crossing by ferry that operates on a round-the-clock basis there and back, free of charge.
