Wanha Karhunmäki is a residential college and recreational centre, maintained by the Karhunmäki Foundation. A quiet location in the heart of a forest and vast plain. Well looked-after environment and delicious food. Good meeting rooms and extra activities by agreement.
Accommodation: Shared apartments: 4 rooms for 2 to 5 persons. Two toilets, shower, fireplace, kitchenette. There are 4 shared apartments. Other rooms are for 2 to 6 persons. Our outbuilding has three rooms for 10 persons. All rooms are non-smoking. You can take your pet with you.
Activities: Nature trail from Wanha Karhunmäki to the Simpsiö mountain ca. 6 km. In winter you can ski there and back, in summer there is a hiking trail there. Cycling, berry-picking, mushroom-picking, fishing, ski slope Simpsiö 6 km away. Sports hall, outdoors volleyball and badminton.
Excursions: Lapua, Härmät, Seinäjoki
Camp schools: Wanha Karhunmäki offers an excellent setting for camp schools and confirmation classes. We can arrange activities by agreement.
